It’s been 5 months since I posted my first ever weight loss update and oh boy time flies so quickly! A lot had happened from July up to present. I intentionally opted not to post any update about my journey until today. I got lazy and eventually caught-up with a lot of things. I honestly want to say that the past months were kind of feasting time for me because of all the celebrations here and there. I cannot recall how many times I had let myself eat anything I wanted (guilty ).
Although I ate a lot, I still manage to get my daily dose of IF, ranging from 20-24 hrs every day. Most of the days, I do OMAD (One Meal A Day). My meals are still low-carb but there are days that I really eat everything including high-carb food. Perhaps, intermittent fasting is the reason that I still lose weight slowly.
I am shrinking that even the slacks that I already altered, they start to fall off. I also had to buy a new belt because my pants are getting bigger I needed to buckle it carefully. And for the first time in forever, I now wear a Medium size shirt and a 30-inch pants! My office mates and the lady guard in our office had been telling me to start changing my wardrobe because my clothes look too big already. But I am yet to do it. Blame it to me being so frugal. I told myself it it still look fine with me, I wear it. I only bought 2 pair of pants, 2 shirts, and an office blouse. And since I am now a minimalist and really don’t like maintaining a lot of stuff I asked my eldest sister that we switched clothes. Glad she said yes because she has some clothes that no longer fit her.
There are people whom I haven’t seen for months that when they saw me, they kept telling how I lose a lot of weight. Even our landlady who lives next door but I barely see, didn’t notice me. She thought we had a new housemate. And when I went home for a vacation, almost everyone was shocked because of my transformation. I am happy sharing with them what I did and encourage them that they too can do it. I had a few people and friends gradually joined me in this way of eating. I am happy helping people by just sharing with them what I learned. Now, I am also careful not to scare others because when they hear Keto it always has a negative impact because they believe it is dangerous eating those fatty food. I rather say I do a low-carb diet and it helps.
I think IF is a big help in maintaining my weight even if I had so many cheat meals especially when I went for a vacation. I ate everything that I missed back home.
I think that’s just for now. I’ll just share recent pics of mine to see how I look now. I am still working on my goal weight and look forward to achieving it before the year ends.

My current weight is 60kgs. Almost a year since I started and I sometimes can’t believe I was able to lose 20 kilos for that span of time.
November 2017- 79.94kgs
December 2017- 73.2kgs
January 2018- 72kgs
Mid January to Mid June 2018- 70kgs
June 2018- 68kgs
July 2018- 65kgs
